Non drinking events for Over 30's

Post by queeqeg » Thu, 31 Jan 2008 2:05 pm

Has anyone been to the Sungei Buloh wetlands? Any interest in checking that out over the weekend after the Chinese New Year? I'll bring this up at the Cavern gathering too

It's just that most people are in their 30's and aren't really into doing what the younger crowd tend to (clubbing, drinking frequently, etc.). Of course that would almost imply that we are all mature and grown-up. However, everybody who knows me would agree that I certainly aren't!
No Drinking... No clubbing!! Eh!! Certainly drinking is not a problem!! And as for clubbing... well maybe you're getting old my friend... :P
wahhahaha you two crack me up!!!

Jeremy you are obviously on the holiday mood ! enjoy INdia!

UK designer always thinks when you dont club, when you dont drink = you are getting old. This is not a math equation you know! :P

Canadian Pub Night

Post by queeqeg » Fri, 01 Feb 2008 9:19 am

Hey Mac_Ali and any other interested people,

If you're coming by Muddy Murphy's tonight for the Canadian Pub night, we'll be in the back by the fireplace.

Look for the big Canadian flag over the fireplace.

Typically about 20 people there, may be less today with the CNY holiday next week. I'll be there at 8-ish (stopping by the Cavern for a drink with Nicole et-al).

Ask for Shawn when you get there.

(By the way, not only Canadians invited, there's always room for honorary Canadians)

Cheers

FYI - Muddy Murphys is in the basement of the Orchard Hotel

Thanks for the responses. I'll be out of the country this Friday. But I'm always up for a great time anytime when I'm free.

Banger&Mash: 9/2 sounds good, I should be back by then. Cheers.
