hey

i have a friend from that has permanent residency here. in the last week he has had a warrant of arrest issued against him - if he is working & flying to KL, HK & other places nearby to do with work - how will the warrant affect him leaving singapore? will he get stopped at immigration?

The man who had cardiac arrest shortly after the vaccine, so it's difficult to determine if he actually had cardiac arrest from the vaccine, but then...
