the thing is: you gotta try it by yourself.
I'm a fresh Master's graduate, now working in MNC in Singapore.
Several of my fresh-graduate friends also found their job in Singapore.
(local fresh graduate do ask for a lot, this might be a good news for you)

I agree.

I personally know of several fresh graduates hailing from Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines who have found jobs in Singapore shortly after they graduated.

Local payscale employed on a full-time basis.
