What the want is that you have the height and that you can talk confident and well and they don;t go for look. Thats what he told me as he is a chief steward. Yup. So all the best to you all.
Hi, is ur uncle involve in the recruitment process? I think they are not that stringent with overal presentation, but there are still critiria that they are looking at right. Seems like ppl quite after their bonus, so they need more ppl now. haha.
Hi My uncle is a chief steward and his friends are all the recruitment people so he knows some of them. Yup you are rite ,alot of peopple quit after their bonus . Yup they want people who are themselves and not wannabe and people who are proud and do not speak with the slang during your first interview and body launguage is very important and do not shake abt when you are talking to them and eye contact is very important to them.

So what? They need a lot of people? Is that going to change their requirements? Will they be changing their recruitment policies? All in all does this mean it will be easier to be accepted? Personally I doubt it. Sorry mate I think yours is the kind of post we could do without.

No i mean that they need alot of people due to the A380 and all and they not changing this recruitment policies and will take in people if they fit the description of what they r looking for. And its the beginning of the year. But its up to you to think what you want. Haha. Thanks.

Ha Ha to you too. Yes they will need staff for the A380 but the only people going on to this aircraft are the
experienced crew. Should you care to read a few posts by our pilot poster jencrs you will see they are phasing the 747 out so in effect the A380 is replacing the jumbo jet so I doubt if the extra staff required is as great in number as some may assume.
