ermm... Let's put it simple for you.

Make a mixture of 1 cup plain yoghurt and juice of 1/2 lemon.
means: Squeeze a 1/2 lemon [take out the juice] into a cup of plain yoghurt [yoghurt without flavours]. Mix well, of course
Apply it as a cream every night before bed.
means: as a moisturizer. you apply it every night before bed
The effects on this should be seen after 3-4 weeks
means: you can see result after 3-4 weeks.

And as for the fresh milk. I've always make sure it's 100% milk. And I used with cotton wool or cotton balls of course. I pour the milk into a clean bowl and dip cotton balls into the milk. I slowly [in circular motion] rub the cotton balls onto my skin.

Yup2. HL should be alright. BUT MAKE SURE IT'S 100% FRESH MILK.
sticky, smelly are just things that should not get thru your head. Think BEAUTY!
Well dried up, depends on how much you use. as for me, it dried up totally. Basically, I didn't not use the whole plain yogurt and lemon. I used the same cup for 2-3 days at least.

Ladies please, please use quotes only if you need to and just the sentences you need otherwise a lot of board space is wasted. Think of the board like a filing cabinet: eventually it becomes so full a few things have to be thrown out (pruned) and that might mean posts you wish to refer to will disappear. :(

Goodness... You can mashed the strawberries with anything that can mashed it. For example: hammer, spanners, spoons, fork... etc. Anything that can mashed it, use it.

I brush my teeth with mashed strawberries and together with toothpaste.
Yes, you apply the mashed strawberries together with your toothpaste on your toothbrush. Then brush your teeth like normally you do.

I'm not sure if it's a good thing today coz I believe if you use fresh strawberries, you'd still have all the vitamins in it, unlike after cooking/boiling it.
