Hi there, do anybody know what would be good price for a 3 bed room condo in Bishan, which is a 12 min bus ride away from the MRT? The agent says $3200. But I feel it is far too much, given that the amenities are not great (small pool, gym, common area etc) and the distance to MRT and shopping complexes. Tks. Kumar
