Drinking vinegar is a natural antidoxtant, bio-chemists have also developed quick detoxing vinegars, orange, and aloe are quick detoxing vinegars, flushing the bowls clean, at the same time, depositing antidoxtants to fight any free radicals, in the sysytem.
Although research is still ongoing, and some results appear to be impressive, I believe in it, because of my own monitoring of bllod counts and urine testing, with litmus paper....vinegar balances the body, which is paramount to good health. Once the bodies pH is out of balance it is open to attack, for example if the body becomes too alkaline, then yeast infection may increase, drinking vinegar is a good pH balancer!
My understanding is that there is a time line, for how long the body can do without, antidoxtants, before a change in cell formation takes place and illness starts to form, I don't know how long the time line is, before a change in cell formation starts...although it would be logical to think, that health would go down hill, until some antidoxtants had been consumed.
Antidoxtants comes in many variations of natural foods, and drink, water is also one of the best forms of liquid for flushing the kidneys, and is also vital for antidoxtant cell formation, so diluted vinegar goes hand in hand, with several tasks to complete.

Then try drinking vinegar for skin complexion! For bathing the skin, add 2 or 3 spoon fulls of malt vinegar, to warm water and wash the face, Acne is formed by bacteria in the hair follicle, and vinegar will help, fight the bacteria...do not use straight from bottle, because vinegar is an acid, and may cause burns, or a skin reaction, so its better to test on a sensitive area of skin first, like the inside of the forearm., before washing the face.I want to Beautiful too

Antioxidants as mentioned above are to neutralise the effect of free radicals. Free radicals are unstable molecules and they go around snatching atoms from our healthy cells (stable molecules). This causes aging in our body/organs (& skin) and is very very harmful.
The higher amount of free radical activities in your body, the more antioxidants you need to take.
Antioxidants donate atoms to the free radicals so that they become stable again.
An example of the effect of free radical activities is the cut apple turning brown and metals rusting.

Not the same at all, I'm afraid!durain wrote:yeah, i heard a lot of good things about vinegar but the only time i use vinegar is in my fish and chips.

I quite often take it undiluted, by the spoonful, and I cannot taste vinegar, only fruit! So I'm sure, that if i lined 4 beverages up, you couldn't pick the vinegar one!
But you may guess it right, becaue there is no other drink like it!
That's how good the bio-chemist is, that has developed the drinks, for health drinking.
Mind you, I love plenty of malt vinegar on my cod & chips too! It's a pitty cod is so expensive these days.
BTW what made you pick that nickname, do you like the fruit? I have tried the ice cream, smelly but ok!
