From Moscow to Singapore to get a job in Public Relations?

Hi everyone! I need your advice or any information about job opportunities in corporate communications/Public Relations/advertising for a Russian expat with fluent English & two diplomas (Higher education, Moscow universities, first diploma – Master in Linguistics /Analytics, second diploma – Master in Public Relations). Right now I work in a huge company (Chemical Industry – 20% of international market) with head office in Russia. I am heading Public Affairs Department and responsible for organizing and supervising public relations efforts, strategic communications and brand promotion, development, planning and implementation of the communication strategy worldwide, managing a multi-disciplinary team covering public involvement, media relations, PR, internal communications and government relations, contribution to the business strategy etc. My annual income is $40 000. I have a dream of moving to Singapore is there any opportunity for me to get a similar job there? Thanks in advance and best regards!
