Chess Gathering

Post by gmchess » Fri, 11 Jan 2008 8:25 pm

Chess anyone?

Trying to form a regular weekly casual chess gathering for anyone interested in the game. Players of all strengths and abilities are welcome.

Kids are also invited to pit their skills against grown ups. Newbies can learn from more experienced players.

This won't be a pressure group, it is meant for anyone who enjoys chess and have an evening fun and relaxation.

Venue: Crown Centre (along Bukit Timah Road near the Bukit Timah Road/Farrer Road junction)

Time: 7pm - 10 pm

Chess equipment will be provided. Just bring along youself.

As for the day of the week, please indicate your preferences.

For those wishing to improve their chess game, we can arrange for a professional coach to teach as well.

This will also be a great opportunity for making new friends. So guys and gals, young and old, please indicate your interest to join us here.

For those who are interested, kndly PM me or leave your email address/contacts in your replies.
