If haven't heard of being blocked by an opposite party but it is possible, i just don't think changing your local IP will help and changing your open IP would mean going through a proxy server.
So ll torrentsa are illegal then !!! What rubbish ! There's literally thousands of perfectly legal torrents.
We wouldn't be having this discussion if it were a legal download. There are alternative ways other than BT to get legal stuff, and usually faster.
