Are you looking for a private tutor or are you looking for classes?
If you are looking for a private tutor, you can try posting at the forums of local universities. there's a number of thais studying here.

I have learnt Thai Language in NUS for the past 3 years and I have a good grasp of the language.
I'm currently teaching basic conversational Thai language.
I can structure the lesson to the topics that interests you.
(Eg: greetings, asking for direction, weather, ordering food in a restaurant etc)

Anyone who is interested in learning basic conversational Thai language or basic Thai writing, please contact me.
Please also quote the rate per hour, how many hours per session, how many sessions per week and the location where the lesson will take place(community centres,starbucks,coffee bean preferred!).
