Dr Andrew Tay

Is he good? Went for non-surgical chin augmentation with him recently. Find that he knows what he's doing, and is very patient guy. Quite a friendly guy. He looks so much younger than his age! He's 40 but looks like in his late twenties.

I went for his consultation yesterday for Rhinoplasty surgery. I find him quite professional, he asked for your area of concerns, and how he can improve on it and showing you the different procedures for different results. His best recommendation is the most complicated procedure for Rhinoplasty, which is the "Open Rhinoplasty with rib cartilage graft", includes extracting rib cartilage graft from your body and implant into your nose. I'm looking into "Open Rhinoplasty without rib cartilage graft".

RHINOPLASTY BY DR ANDREW TAY

Post by pinkpotato » Mon, 05 Jul 2010 5:36 pm

hi,pursuit,
ive done the simple one.i think to do the open or closed procedure will depend on an individual expectation n the result that they want. i think the shape n structure of ur nose also plays an important part in determine to do a closed or open procedure.i think its not whats the difference how it will look like versus closed or open. its what can be acheived, for closed procedure, limited things can be done n for open mre things can be done. it will be better to consult the surgeon so as to assess better. im havin my splint remove on thur, will update my result on my post.
have u done any consultation with any doc yet?
