Neither your vocabulary nor your grammar is bad. All you need is more written and verbal practice I guess. If you watch movies in English with English subtitles, read books in English, write some short essays on some topics, you can improve your English easily. Just avoid Singlish though, it won't work anywherelse in the world.
With my kind regards

I think face to face dialogue and someone correcting you would be better. When I talk to Singaporeans who want to improve their English they ask me for corrections. I will meet you for coffee sometimes if you would like. And you can teach me French.
TQ

mulo,
You need to post some more messages. You need at least 5 postings in the forum in order to respond to PM.

With the amount of interest, reckon we could start a group meet-up of sorts?

bonjour!
I am studying in France now and I will be back to Singapore next week. I must say that I have not learnt enough french in France and I must continue French back in Singapore. I really hope I can speak French to some of our French friends here. I can speak Singlish but don't worry, I can speak good English too. Sometimes Singlish is only reserved for the locals, it is pretty hard to speak Singlish with foreigners, at least for me. I speak Chinese and Japanese too. Donc, on vas se rencontre bientot.

I know its a long way off.. But hubby and I are still hoping to move in late October to Singapore.
We are more then happy to meet others who would like to talk in English, then possibly help teach us other languages.
Ohhhh and recipes too.....lol
Have a great weekend!!

I can help to be one of the English speakers. A good idea is to have a book club, so you can read some good literature and also learn English at the same time.
