Suggest you do it between Sep and Nov when it is most beautiful - leaves are changing color and air is pristine. Do NY, NH, VT, Maine and Boston, skip everything else.

Not sure about year end trips to USA when it comes to landing back in Singapore. Governments tend to tit for tat on these things
