Breast reduction or breast liposuction? (overseas surgery)

hi ladies, I'm thinking of reducing my cup size via breast reduction or breast liposuction. I'm pretty small size but carry this huge burden that is causing me a lot of inconveniences.

I've seen a few doctors in singapore but their charges are pretty high. The two different methods are suitable for different kinda breast composition and cost wise, varies abt 3 times Breast reduction is a more major surgery, as compared to breast liposuction.

In singapore, breast reduction can easily cost $10k (normal surgeon). Breast lipo abt $3.5k.

Anyone has the same woes as me?

Now i'm considering Thailand as the option due to cost factors. Any advice?
