Typhus inoculation - where?

Just found out that I haven't got Typhus inoculation before I came down to Singapore. My doctor mentioned it but i forgot to tell him that i wanna get that, and he didn't say anything.

Anyway, does somebody know where I can get it? I wanna go to Thailand and Vietnam, so i should do it soon. Is there a place that is open on weekends?
