From www.dictionary.com

toke /toʊk/ noun, verb, toked, tok·ing. Slang.
–noun 1. a puff of a marijuana cigarette.
–verb (used with object) 2. to light up or puff (a marijuana cigarette).
–verb (used without object) 3. to puff a marijuana cigarette (often fol. by up).
