Hi!
Im already an EPEC holder.I just like to know if i can apply for my EP eventhough i dont have an employer yet?Just wonder coz im seriously looking for job in singapore and just finding ways to better find a good employer.Im a Filipina and still here in the Philippines.Hope anyone can share their thoughts.Thanks and merry christmas!

No. An EP must be filed for by the employer. In addition to the information you provide, the employer provides information about the job and your qualifications and why you are needed. So, you will need to find the job, then have the company file for an EP.
