Why would you use text language on a forum to express yourself? Don't you have a standard ccomputer keyboard at your disposal?

beanbean - I have absolutely no idea what you wrote, I recognise a few words, but the context and meaning completely escape me I'm afraid
Sad, I must be getting old

Can you please write in English so that we might have a clue as to what you are attempting to say......

I'm pretty sure she's looking for an older married man to have sex with on her birthday. Interested?

I'm a babyboomer from the flower power generation! Did I see the word group in there?

Sigh, allow me to do another English-English translation:
I'd like to hear how you celebrate your own or your friends' birthdays? Where do you go, what do you do... anything interesting? I'm celebrating my birthday soon with some girlfriends and I don't know what to do.

Wasn' there also a mention of a boyfriend somewhere in there, WIMH?

Of course I could be wrong.

I'm pretty sure there was no mention of a boyfriend, unless I'm very wrong. I doubt it though, since I pride myself on being effectively bilingual. I speak English and Singlish equally well.

I reread the post and both of you are absolutely right. I stand corrected.

I misread bd as boyfriend instead of birthday here.

Well this really takes the cake !
Cannot believe what I'm reading on this otherwise staid site . Any money- this crassness could set a precedent !
Not only that, but other posters might follow suit !
Oi farm-boy !! You there ? Aren't you a moderator ? What gives ?! Does anything go in 'silly season' ?! He he ...

WIMH,
Are you sure that's what you are doing? More like S(singlish)MS'ese-English translation. Foreign languages (except barnyard speak) and hieroglyphics never were my cup of tea.
Ozbroiler,
I already know I'm into my second childhood. May as well enjoy it while it's all still working! For me all season's are silly!
