2. how can DP become EP?
3. If my wife leaves the job, then does my DP gets cancelled?
4. When can me or my wife apply for PR?
5. Has DP and LTSVP got similiar benefits?

apurva,

It's easy to get a DP once you wife has at least an "S" Pass and is earning in excess of S$2500/month. The employer is required to apply for a Letter of Consent (LOC) and it's duration is tied to the Spouses Employment Pass Expiry date. There are other options possibly later such as the Personal Employment Pass but you can search the MOM site for that as well.

Dependant's Pass: Employment

This isn't really needed as a sticky as it's very easily found on the MOM's website.
