Great Yoga Place

Post by arakais » Sun, 16 Dec 2007 10:04 am

Hi,

Saw your post after I post mine. I do my yoga at bodhi. Is a nice little cosy studio and the classes are small and more personal. If you are interested, they do free trial. Check out their website www.bodhi-yoga.com hopefully they're what you are looking for.

That's a bit of BS don't you think? You started your other post as "Speaking of" which means otherwise. Do you think all here are just as dull witted? Now we are watching.

Mine was at www.whatever.com.sg Not those fancy classes with vast exotic options, but decent with (imho) good instructors. My favourite is Stella. I stop for a while since I am a bit busy with works, but will be back again next month.

How far will you go in yoga, as any other exercises, all depends on your capability. The instructor will not push you do something that you can't. You can simply say you won't do head-standing, or do a pose for 2 minutes instead of 10 minutes. In the end of the day, it's back to your reasons in joining the yoga / pilate / gym or any other sports: either do exercise and have fun, or look for body builder boy friend, maybe? :D

Happy yoga!

Well, personally yoga helped me to stretch and open up my limbs. I feel it gave more freedom to my body.
