In between posts I actually went downtown to Carrefour and bought my Xmas turkey (or another one if you leave me outta the picture) Ham, candied fruits, nuts, etc., etc. for the xmas cake, Then later out to Hougang Central to buy yet more garbage for cookie makin's (daughter's job). Start'n to smell like Christmas around here. Guess will have to get the tree sorted out next I hate being PC - it's fake, and when it comes to xmas so am I.

But anyway, back to topic. You could try getting some melatonin supplements.

Its great for good, undisturbed and quality sleep.

Melatonin is a "sleepy" hormone~~~ =D

for some maybe, for me melatonin either doesn't work or when it does, makes me so groggy the next day so badly that it's not worth it

if you do use it use the smallest dose, like 1mg, and don't use it regularly

having said that I think it affects different people differently

Caffeine anytime after lunch keeps me awake hours. Other than that I'm asleep within two minutes of my head touching the pillow. Want to know the secret? Work. Hard.
