My husband is crazy about this hobby recently, these are few shops you can visit:
1) Cychology at rivervale rd (opposite a temple)
2) L & T Cycle at tampines st 43
you also can go to

Let us know your budget and maybe we can suggest something, or at least give some ideas

Also try Swiss Valley, further down river valley road, near valley point. Stocks mostly Scott bikes and some under 1k. I would reccomend getting one with disc brakes...makes a big difference if your riding in mud and puddles
