12.50 a.m when you posted this one! I thought only I was the night hawk 3.40 a.m and waning quite fast! (with Ozchicks remarks) Mind you those lumpy abs, are from a guy in his 70's
So i was also pondering, how i never made the grade, after all the hard training I've done and then I think, how lucky i am in my 50's
