Anyway, general answers. Emirates pay is definitely higher than SIA coz it's based overseas. Yet accomodation is fully sponsored, exclude expenses only.

First round would be group of 10-15 ppl. (before that make sure you can tip toe up to 212cm) it's true that you will not be selected if they know you're under 21. Afterso, briefing would be conducted to get you prepared for the rest of the rounds. ( Full day is required so take mc/off)

2nd round is also a grp discussion, and also a brief intro like your grp ppl and yourself.

3rd round would be the english test with compo testing your understanding of english like grammer vocab and blah blah blah...

4th Round is another grp discussion... more on problem solving...or situation occurs...

Not counted as a round, there's a personal test on about yourself...

After all these rounds, you're invited for a final one to one interview on another day... and will only know the results 4-6wks later.

Therefore, their interview takes a long time. BE PREPARED all...

I don't know what else i can help....it's more or less like this. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!!
Here are some hints to help you, I am not criticizing; avoid using abbreviations and colloquialisms such as grp, coz, compo, etc and watch your spelling; e.g. you should always spell English with a capital E, grammar, accommodation.

Once again don't take that the wrong way, you might already know but some get careless through habit and Emirates is likely to be stricter than SIA even though you do not have to be perfect. Good luck!

Wow Plavt, ur real strict. But its also important to practice gd English in this forum since u never know who will be looking inside. And..Emirates (like what Plavt said) might have a even higher requirements on english than SIA as their flight route are more on the European side.

No, not really, just making a point; Emirates are likely to be stricter than SIA as I would imagine they have to pay some kind of premium to the Singapore government to be allowed to poach its citizens.

You are quite right about people looking in this forum as I know airline executives do, it is no secret. Although they cannot identify individuals conclusively there are always characteristics that give people away so take care.

MY DEAR LADY... You have not read this thread right from the first page.

ONCE AGAIN LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,

IT'S AN OPEN DAYS... DO NOT HAVE TO BE SHORTLISTED TO GO FOR THE INTERVIEW. IT'S OPEN! SO, EVERYONE IS WELCOME.

UNLESS, IT STATED ASSESSMENT DAYS, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE TO SEND YOUR RESUME BEFORE GETTING SHORTLISTED.
