hows the 2nd round today?

omg...2dae Emirates 2nd rounf interview wasnt easy. The passing rate was only around 12/50.
Unfortunately, I wasnt successful.

Wah.. the passing rate is low...

Anyway.. don be dismay.. try again on it's next intake.. ^^ jia you...

sqhopeful "betrayed" SIA by attending the emirates interview! hahaha failed round 2 part 1 unfortunately. it was tough today and passing rate was really low... well, i'm still happy that i passed round 1 after failing SIA 5 times! back to being sqhopeful for 27th jan!

yup yup, i'll be going in the morning. hopefully i'll get into SIA then i won't be trying for Emirates in Jun/Jul Emirates is very attractive but it'll also be good to be based in SIA home grounds lah. GOOOOOD LUCK!

same hre. we got less than 50 ppl. I think only about 10 or less 10 got selected. u gg sun morning rite? nevertheless, good luck!

at the 2nd round only 38 turn up..but unfortunately only about 6 make it to their english test n stuff... slim n tough for alot of us..=(
but hope that more of us hopeful ones wil get in 6 months later...=)

From my view, I only get a chance to see 1 guy make it thru all the way in November Walk-In interview.

Emirates is expanding yet taking in so few people from each interview.
Actually the interviews are not very difficult but their elimination rate is 50% for each round.
I wonder how they judge.

If I am the interviewer, I can. but I am not.. I wouldn't know and so do anybody else.

Everybody will tell you the same thing,
the confidence, the passion and whether you got what it takes to be the steward... etc etc..

To make it easier and everyone else is to just be yourself. Smile and be very sincere. Don't have to be over confident. Just slightly, so that you can hide your "nervousness." Asking someone whether or not they have any idea on what are they looking for... WON'T HELP YOU EITHER. For me, just go and find out.
