I just came back from Jkt and my relatives are nagging me incessantly to pick up the language. Never knew how to speak it fluently cos am born and raised here. So...my mandarin is not too bad, we can help each other out with our lingusitc endeavours if you are keen. Drop me a PM ya? :)

I don't mind helping you out with your bahasa.
just out of curiosity though.. why indonesian? doesn't seem like it can be put to the best use here in singapore. do you just want to pick up a new language? :)

Either way, I'll be happy to teach you and maybe we can do language exchange.

Partly for work and the need to move around freely in Indonesia without relying on friends to take me around. Ha!

There are a number of Indonesian courses on yago.sg, currently with Spring College and Globibo, see here: http://yago.sg/searches/?keyword=&langu ... typecode=4

If any of you have attended an Indonesian course, they have a draw with an ipad2 as the main prize until 9 Sept 11; to participate, you just need to write a review on the site. More information here: http://facebook.com/yago.singapore

Hi
I'm an indonesian, I'm not a teacher but surely could help you to learn bahasa Indonesia. Formal or daily conversations.

Drop me an email at sitjerdas@gmail.com
I'm not in to language exchange, just to offer help.

the above mentioned course at SMU is the best option, albeit expensive.
