hi
She asked if somebody would make suggestions. You are soliciting business by asking her to call you. That is not done. If you want to advertise please avail yourself to our Classifieds.
However, you can make open suggestions as she has requested here in the forum (course you cannot make much money that way can you)

You like to eat but would like to slim down at the same time??
A bit hard lo if you ask me especially when you dont exercise at the same time.
Eat can but excersice very very important, there is no way you can slim down without it so seriously dont even think of slimming down if you dont intend to move a muscle.
Go excersise lo.

Try to get a few good friends to exercise together?
That would have more effect with encouragement from each other rather than trying to fight your way on your own.
Eating pills would depend on what kind you're taking if u ask me.
If its chemical based, would suggest not.
If its pure natural substances & would help to regulate ur hormones or maybe improve your digestion or metabolism, maybe it would be good.

Hi Icyicegal,IcYiCeGaL wrote:i love to eat, but i am very fat and would want to slim down. Tried a lots of pills but no use, would there be anyone who can help me to slim down by offering me some suggestions???
hmm.. a few days to lose that weight
1) Count calories - for you i think stick to 2000 calories a day
2) climb stairs!!
3) Walk for 15 min everyday
These small tips is enough to let you lose 1 kg per month. You have to be determined.. losing weight is never easy..
But twilight85, Icyicegal said she love to eat. Quite difficult to keep to 2000 calories a day... counting calories is 1 way. Usually for desk bound people, 1800 calories a day will be able to keep you on the slim side.
You can try this - eat clean diet. You eat 5-6 meals a day, that is every 2-3 hrs. But you have to eat complex carbs & protein at every meal. This will keep your metabolism rate high. Tosca Reno lost 40 pounds keeping to this eat clean diet & of course exercising. She used to be fat man. Kudos to her! Icyicegal, you can literally keep eating all day. No need to starve anymore! Read her book "The Eat Clean Diet". (You can find it in Amazon, I can't find it in bookstores here)
