Electronics,do they cost cheaper in Singapore?

This is something that has been lingering on my mind ever since i moved here. Why are electronics products such as (tv,cameras,radio e.t.c) cheaper in Singapore. These are authentic brands,but they are cheaper than in Japan,and even cheaper in India,US and most European countries.

Why?
