Halloween in singapore

hi all
This is our family's first Halloween in this part of the world and i was wondering how people generally celebrate it in singapore? i did see sweets and few extortionate pumpkins in cold storage this week but have not heard about kids going trick or treating around . Does this happen in condos ? My 2 oldest children are mad keen to do it but am unsure of the kind of reception they'd get. Thanks for any info.

Look for any signs announcing a Halloween gathering. Depending on what school your children attend, they may pass out notices. The condo I'll lived in has a planned trick or treating party on the week-end. Check with your condo management, ask friends from other condos. Most likely the SAS has something planned.

The parties at SAS are not open to the public, but the community adjacent to the school has a massive trick-or-treating extravaganza which is. Bring candy to donate if you plan to go (just bring it to any house passing out treats) and plan on being there by 6:30 at the latest.
