British Dental Surgery
#01-693, 307 Choa Chu Kang Ave 4, Singapore 680307
p: 67653323

Dr Silva. He has been my dentist since 2001. Had done bracers with him and he is very professional and attentive to my pain when I was wearing bracers and could not eat.

Before having the bracers. I had wisdom tooth which need to be taken out. He suggested me to go back to my army dentist to have it pull out first as it would save me some $500 bucks or so. (Can't remember) as I was still serving my National Service.

So I think he is reliable. :)

I am local, but always go to an expat dentist. She is located at CBD area. Can always go during my lunch time. Her treatment services are quite good.

I know this thread is a bit old, but since finding a good dentist is always an issue when moving to a new city, here is my dentist's contact:
Dr. Bruce Lee (I know, the name is catchy ;) at T-32 Dental, Camden Medical Center near Orchard. He has always been very honest, never making up problems to fix and he is technically excellent!

American Expat Dentist in Singapore

Post by fireplace » Thu, 17 Nov 2011 4:36 pm

I go to T32 Dental at Camden as well but my family/friends have always seen Dr. Shaun Thompson. He's an american dentist who is the clinical director of the T32 Expat Division and thank goodness for him! He's a really great dentist, solid person, and terrific at making us laugh & feel comfortable having dentistry done in a far away land. In fact, it's the best dental experience I've ever had anywhere. Highly recommended!!

Shoot him an email at [email protected] and his assistant Riley (also an american) will get in touch w/ you to arrange an appointment.

Orchard Scott Dental

Post by SporeMami » Tue, 13 Dec 2011 3:59 pm

I used Orchard Scott Dental (at Wheelock Place) for services with Invisalign braces. I have to say they were totally great. I looked around a lot and some places charge more than 1K$SGD more than them, even though Orchard Scott Dental keeps a swanky office in Wheelock Place. Dr. Ronnie Yap did all the treatments, he's very nice, knowledgable and extremely professional. I've continued to go there after my treatments finished for dental work and have been vey happy with the minor things done so far (no major work so can't comment on that). Would really recommend them, based on my experience with the invisalign braces.
