The short answer is no, employment will be very difficult. There are many local fresh grads also looking for work and a company would be hard pressed to justify applying for an employment pass for you when there are so many local candidates.

Having said that, there have been a least a couple of posters here who did get an EP with little or no experience. If you have special skills or aptitude maybe you have a chance.

You can actually send in an application to try your luck eventhough many of these job require experience. For me as a fresh graduates, I manage to get a job as a Financial Analyst eventhough the job description states that at least 2 years experience is required. However, getting an IT job in singapore is quite difficult since there is a lot of supply of fresh graduates. unless, your degree are Engineering or Accounting.

Meena could be a local Indian, lah :) But you have the advantage of looking up her IP address, so only you can confirm

The odds are against it if you read the post as they were looking specifically for the agency that "u contacted for ur employment pass?I badly searching for a job in financial field"

If they were local, they would pretty much know most of the agencies/job boards already I would think. And knowing the IP is worthless if they are here on a Dependent's Pass or a LTSVP isn't it. (both types would mean "foreign talent" right?)

But, yeah, can be a local if you want it to be.

Which means they could be as I said or local. Nothing more or nothing less. :)

I really don't know how the author has concluded such a thing, even though I don't live in Singapore there is enough information on this board and others that prove otherwise....... :???:

No need for heavy moderator's artillery: assuming she posted her own email address here she is very likely local - at least as she claims elsewhere, born in Singapore :)
