searching job in singapore

Post by shang.lezul » Wed, 17 Oct 2007 9:59 am

hi! currently im here in philippines and i have plans to work in singapore, but im afraid that i could not find a job there. Is there any one who can give me some idea how to search for a job there.Im an IT graduate with 6 months experience in my field, do i have the chance to get a job just for 1 week span of time? Because its quite hard for me since i have limited source of funds in searching for a job. And also i have a question regarding acquiring the EPEC is it for free or there is any payment when it will be delivered. How about the housing how much it cost??

I need some help..I really appreciate it.. :D

Getting an IT job in one week is quite hard. I think 1-3 months is more reasonable for fresh graduate. About housing, renting a HDB room normally costs around $400-$500. There is no fee in applying EPEC.

From what I have read on this website I would say you have absolutely no chance, not only is there an abundance of local graduates, six months experience is not nearly enough unless you have rare or exceptional skills.
