Just found out that you can buy that DVD from Ebay or Amazon.com.

If you buy from Amazon of course the price is fixed but if you try on Ebay, you might luck to have it much cheaper since it's auction price.

I ordered 1 from Ebay only for USD1.00. Can you imagine that?
