I am in the business of providing accounting staff to the various business. as well as equity trading in Hong Kong and Singapore. what is the cost of setup in one of the office in one raffles Quay?

seem too occupied with my trading on Hk stock market, no time to call any agent during office hour. I dun mind any price actually as long as I have the best office to show my clients. I had many far-sighted investor who is as confident as me trading on the HK equity , As long as HSI can cross over 40,000 points by the end of next year, no price is too high.

size of office, how many staff, how many meeting room? wanna conference room? meeting/conference room to fit how many ppl?

lease term, 1, 2 or 3 years?

what kind of image? posh corporate with cosy ambience?
