nolvadex B anti cancer drugs

tamoxifen (nolvadex B) anti cancer drugs seem to be really expensive here?
At home in the uk they are approx 30 sing dollars for 3 months supply and out here they are 600 dollars for 3 months supply.
Anyone heard of anywhere/anyway we can get them a bit cheaper?
