Make sure that it is a right fit in terms of skill sets before applying and maybe lower the expectations?!?!?
Other than that, just keep trying.....

From my short experience here the best way to go about it (like anywhere else in AP) is to come across for a month or two and just look while you are over here... you are much more approachable if your CV says your living in Singapore! I was lucky enough to get transferred over with my UK employer to our SG branch but I've since found another job. Actually I too was looking for work for months before I came here with no luck. I was here for 2 months before I put my CV on monster stating I was now working and living in SG - I was approached only a couple of weeks after submitting my CV.
What line of work are you in? If it's IT I know a good agency I can put you in contact with. They will sort out your EP and will need only a couple of phone interviews to secure you a position. Otherwise again the best advise is to get yourself over here for a short trip and / or just keep applying!
Cheers
Adrian

Hi Adrian!
I'm in IT and am trying to find an agency that will arrange relocation. I'm based in Melbourne, Australia (don't know if that's a problem since I can see you came from the UK). I can't PM you so if you could post the details it would be hugely appreciated!
