charity donation in Singapore

Post by cocobernese » Mon, 01 Oct 2007 11:27 pm

In the US the Red Cross would take donation in the form of mattresses and goods. is it so in singaore? I searched their website and others but found nothing.

In fact, searching "donation in Singapore" in google all returned pages are linking to cash donation.

Just wondering anyone knows where to donation nonmonatory items in Singapore?

Thanks

You can try the Salvation Army. Call them, sometimes they'll turn down mattresses and will be troublesome about picking up large items, but its worth a try.
