hospitality industry Wages

What are the wages in Hospo like in Singapore? For Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Pastry Chef? And what would the normal terms of a package be? Relocation + accommodation allowance? and what are normal hours and holidays etc compared to Australia? Thanks.
