employment pass renewal

hello,

didnt really know whether I had to ppst this here or in the employment section.

just wondering whether some of you here have been renewing their E.P?

I checked on the website and basically, the only piece of info is: we'll send you a form and assess it.

any idea on how to maximize the chances of getting the EP renewed??
what's on that form?

I am the director of the company at the same time. not sure I can ask for a renewal for my own EP...

Basically, if you already have an EP, are working for the same company, and making at least the same salary, EP renewal is relatively automatic.

They don't ask much of anything from the employee. From the employer they will want a justification of foreign talent (same as original), plus three years of revenues, taxes paid, etc.
