Hi esah,
Mine also same with u, is June 6th at 250pm and I am from Singapore also. Btw, how are you going to KL then? Will you want to join my trips to KL on 5th June night? :D

And this round CX is looking FA base at HK and flying international route.

But I am not sure whether are they going to pay us any basic salary as I saw alot commented they will only pay HKD 117 per hour and they promise all FA will have a fix 75 hour on air.

So the gross salary count in this way, 75 hours x HKD 117 = HKD 8775 per month + allowances around HKD 10k + Housing allowance for non local ppl HKD 6500 = HKD 25, 275 is our gross monthly income. :???: :???: :???:

For those who are going for cx interview....

The process is they will give a brief intro about cx then divide into 10-13 ppl in a group. They need you to intro urself and group discussion. After that they will give you a card. If you pass, the card is stated next interview date. If fail, the card willstate your application is KIV...

Good luck to those who are going later.... (Mine is later 2pm) :-|

Hi cythx, I know you not yet go la, just hope you can update us here about your interview experience with CX la..

Pls see below for SIA process:-
SIA Walk In Session
1st round
1. Register at counter and submit resume, recent passport photos, SPM
cert and measure heights and weight.
2.Walk to a big ball room, get yourself sit down and watch a video of life
of a FA then wait for your name to be call.
3. A girl came into the room and called out names, if your name is called,
walk to another smaller ball room and sit in a roll of 10 people.
4. Inside the small ball room, there are 2 interviewer, they will start to
ask you to do a self introduction follow by answering their only
question of the day.
5. After the self intro and answering question, 10 of us asked to go out to
the ball room and wait for the news.
6. About 15 minutes later, the interviewer will come out from the small
ball room and start to call those short listed candidates name to
proceed to second round.

2nd round
1. This round is very simple; another 10 short listed candidates will call to
go into another smaller ball room.
2. Inside the ball room, there are either 1 of 2 interviewer, they will
asked you to line up in a roll follow by your name list
3. Then you will have to walk towards the interviewer about 10 meters
away from you.
4. After the walk, the interviewer will check your physical appearance
including your hair, skin etc.
5. After the 10 person done it, the group will asked to leave the ball room
and wait outside the ball room.
6. After 15 minutes, the interviewers will called for short listed candidates
name again.
7. If you are shortlist, your name will be called and proceed to 3rd round.

3rd round
1. This round is a 1x1 interview, all of the short listed candidates for 3rd
round will asked to sit at outside a bigger ball room.
2. Then wait for your name to be call.
3. When your name get called, walk into the bigger ball room politely and
greet the interviewer before you get yourself sit in front of the either 1
or 2 interviewer.

4. The interviewer will start to look at your resume and proceed to ask
you below questions:-
• Please tell me about yourself
• Why you want to join SIA?
• What is your weakness?
• What do you know about SIA?
• Why you never consider SIA until lately only apply?
• Tell me what do you think about FA?
5. After the 1x1 interview, the interviewer will tell you straight whether are you shortlist for 4th round or please try again.

4th round
1. After passing through 3rd round, you will ask to go down to basement
ball room and sit outside the ball room, wait for your name to be call.
2. When your name is called, walk into the ball room and there are 2
interviewers sitting there and these interviewers are from SIA HR
department.
3. The same questions as in 3rd round will be asked as below:-
• Please tell me about yourself
• Why you want to join SIA?
• What is your weakness?
• What do you know about SIA?
• Why you never consider SIA until lately only apply?
• Tell me what do you think about FA?
4. After the 4th round interview, you will be asked to sit outside the ball
room and wait for the news.
5. If you are hired, congrats, they will ask you to fill in the medical
declaration form and a pre employment letter will be hand over to you
to go for pre-employment medical test.

You will be required to pass the pre-employment test in order to enroll into SIA FA job. If you failed the medical test, you will be asking to leave and forever band from SIA.

If you pass the Medical Test, congrats!
You will be camp at SIA Training School for 4 months FA training course.

Hope these tips helps!

Not very much people got selected for their next interview on 7th June. I'm also booted out in the first round. My group got one girl keep on talk so much and don't even want to let other people have the chance to voice out their opinion. In the end, she also didn't get it. In my group there is one guy who totally didn't speak up at all got to go for the 7th June interview. Don't know what they are looking for.
