I'd go to Funan IT mall. The reputable shops have branches at both Sim Lim and Funan and their prices are the same. Too many others look too disorganized at Sim Lim. Worth a few extra bucks to buy from a company that is knowledgeable and will be around. Me, I like Newstead Technologies at Funan... have always been very good and quick to service any issues.
