There are these silicone bra pads that you slip into your regular size bra, preferably the 3/4 push up bras. You put the pads at the side, say 3-7
o'clock and 5-9 o'clock on each side, 1 side at a time, use your hand to scoop your breast from the side and upwards. Adjust to ensure that the pads have padded your breasts to have them pushed up and towards each other to add cleavage.
I've seen the fleshtone silicone pads in Metro Paragon. You will certainly see the difference with the pads, the tricky part is to place them at the right angle...practice and practice!
I think Wacoal bras are better and they are made with Asians in mind. I'm sure the bra sales lady can help you make a good choice, don't be shy to have them in the fitting room to teach you to adjust or allow them to do it for you (touch you) to show you how. You need to have a good fit and right size and only the sales lady will be able to help you as different bras may have different cutting.
So spend as much time as you need to try and get the best fit and bras for youself, they are most willing to help, it part of their training and service. Invest in a good bra with good support and a wide band round the back, even if you are a A cup. I know a lot of young girls think it's aunty looking, but it gives a all round better silhouette, front and back. I find those skinny back bands do nothing, just looks sexy in the bed room.
I don't work for Wacoal. I think foundation garments are very important and makes a lot of difference in shaping the body to enhance how the clothes fit.
