do you think its going to stay like that or will it fall any time
but my main question is would the salary also rise if i have 3 years exp already and have worked in singapore for one year can i demand for a salary hike
put in other words what s the style of salary hikes in singapore ?
one of my friend suggested to jump jobs for a pay hike , what does people in thsi forum feel #?

Salary hikes are below 5% average year by year in the same job. To get a decent hike you would have to jump jobs. That's unfortunate and also shortsighted on the employers side since they invest in training only to find employees moving on after. There is no way you can match housing rent increases by saray hikes alone.
