Singapore Malaysia itinerary calculation on Internet?

Hello,

I would like to know if there is an internet site which will allow me (like google maps or mapporama, which unfortanely do not cover malaysia), to calculate road itinerary/road distances, between singapore and any location in malaysia.

Since I only have a Tom Tom navigator, which also only covers Singapore (but not malaysia), I still miss a tool which will allow me to know for example how long it takes by road to go from singapore to mersing.
