Hi,
Can anyone say what kind of 3 br
condo can be rented with 3000 SGD/month.
One possible area: bukit timah
Have heard the prices have gone up pretty much.

I saw a few
condos there a few weeks back inc. the Sterling and Maplewoods. The Sterling was a nice 3bed but priced at 5.2k. Maplewoods looked nice enough outside but dated inside, that was around 4.5k for a three bed. We have decided on the east coast now cos you get much more for your money there. I have to say that it would be difficult to get a 3bed anywhere in Bukit Timah area for 3k now.

Signature Park, although that is already considered Upper BT.

Although difficult, it's possible to get
condo units closer to the city area.
