Boring?

You could always take some writing & spelling classes at night. That would be a good start.

What do you think people to at night in other countries that you cannot do here?

Daytime? How much free time do you have? Don't you work? If you are in School then you should be studying or schooling. Otherwise get out of your self-made boundaries in your mind. I rarely go shopping. How about the beach, sports, movies, cycling, swimming, hobbies..... Open up your mind. Don't wait for the government to give a edict on how to not be boring to you.
