Hi.
I work for an advertising agency in Sing. I have recently quit my job out of despair. My last working day is 12th Sept. Is there a way I can extend my EP? I want to stay back in Singapore to seek other opportunities. Please respond ASAP..... time is limited. Thanks
Rasesh

Actually, it's probably too late now if his EP will be cancelled in a couple of days. The PEP will only be granted to those who are currently holding an existing EP.
Eligibility
The following groups of EP holders will be eligible for a PEP, if they had earned a fixed salary of at least $30,000 in the preceding year:
P1 and P2 Pass holders
• P Pass holders that have at least two years' working experience on a P Pass.
Q1 Pass holders
• Q1 Pass holders with at least five years' working experience on a Q1 pass; and
Foreign students from institutions of higher learning in Singapore
• Foreign graduates from institutions of higher learning in Singapore with at least two years' working experience on a P or Q1 Pass.
(MOM will be flexible in considering individual cases that do not meet the minimum criteria but merit the issuance of a PEP.)

Did you even bother to read our posts? Didn't you understand what they said? How did you even manage to get the first EP. The quote I posted gives the time durations required for each type of EP. What didn't you understand?
