Hiking along abandoned Railway track for Saturday 15th

Post by Bonobo2005 » Sun, 09 Sep 2007 11:26 pm

Hi,

This Saturday 15th I'd like to go for a half day hike following the long abandoned railway track between Bukit Timah and Jurong. This is supposedly one of the top hikes in Singapore.

Looking for companions.

cool link that is and yes that's the hike, one of the few places where nature beats manmade structures!

Bring your friend(s) along but since this is a nature walk it would be appropriate to keep the group small. By the way some people have written me already personally they want to join so don't worry too much you'd be with just one total stranger exploring abandoned railway tunnels and such

Hahhah... erm.. yes, you've read my mind. I read the link and there are many places along the route to hide a dead body :)

Great! Please let me know time and place to meet. My friends can't make it by the way. But, who needs them now hehhe...

Thanks for organising this.

Chin

OK, let's meet 10:30am at Dover MRT, exit A, busstop B07?

We can then take a short busride to King Albert Park and start at Bukit Timah Railway Station.
if anyone prefer to travel to King Albert Park direct, pls let me know so no need to wait at Dover.

Hope to see you there!
