Once the PM shows up in your Sent box you will know that the person you sent it to has at least read it. Whether or not they respond will depend on them. At least that way you know they saw it.

Your PM function will activate after you have made 5 posts (spam control) you lost one of your posts due to advertising which is forbidden on the forum (it was summarily deleted). We have a classified section for advertising. It's free. Use it.
Another instance of advertising/soliciting will see your account locked.
